01Who We Are & What This Policy Covers
Peace & Harmony Management LLC ("Peace & Harmony," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal information collected in the course of providing business operations, consulting, and implementation services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information obtained through our website, forms, communications, consulting engagements, and related platforms. It also explains, in Section 04, how we handle data that belongs to our clients and their customers when we work inside client owned systems.
By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
02Information We Collect
We collect personal information that is voluntarily provided when you submit a form, download a resource, schedule a consultation, enter into an engagement, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, business details, operational information, and any other information you choose to provide.
We also collect technical information automatically when you interact with our website or digital platforms, including IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and usage data.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third party payment processors. Peace & Harmony does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
03How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including delivering services, responding to inquiries, managing client relationships, sending communications, scheduling sessions, processing payments, maintaining operational and financial records, improving our services and website, protecting against fraud or misuse, marketing our own services to those who have opted in, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use personal information for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
04Client Data We Process On Behalf of Clients
When Peace & Harmony performs implementation or management services, we may access and handle data held inside a client's own systems, including contact records belonging to that client's customers and leads ("Client Data").
For Client Data, our client is the controller and Peace & Harmony acts as a service provider or processor. We handle Client Data only on the client's documented instructions and only as needed to deliver the contracted services. We do not sell Client Data, do not use it for our own marketing, and do not retain, use, or disclose it for any purpose other than performing the services.
05SMS / Text Messaging
Peace & Harmony uses text messaging as a communication channel to deliver operational, transactional, and service related messages to individuals who have provided express consent.
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages related to our services, scheduling, reminders, service updates, operational notifications, and other business communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary depending on engagement and service activity. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re opt in. For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Text messaging services may be supported by third party telecommunications providers and platforms. Peace & Harmony is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages due to carrier restrictions, network issues, or technical limitations. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw consent at any time without penalty and without affecting your ability to receive services through other communication methods.
06Email & Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing or educational emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional and service related messages relating to an active engagement, such as scheduling, invoicing, and delivery notices, are not marketing messages and will continue for the duration of that engagement.
07How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share personal information only with service providers and technology partners who assist in operating our business, and only to the extent necessary for those functions. Categories of such providers include:
- Customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms
- Email delivery and SMS or telephony providers
- Scheduling and calendar tools
- Payment processing and invoicing providers
- Cloud file storage and document platforms
- Website hosting and analytics providers
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys
These parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information and to use it solely for authorized purposes.
We may also disclose personal information if required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or governmental request, to enforce our agreements, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Peace & Harmony, its clients, or others. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
08Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate and secure the website, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the services are used. We may also use analytics and advertising tools, which may include conversion or retargeting pixels, that collect usage information through these technologies.

10Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain business and financial records, to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes. Consent records for SMS and email communications are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance. When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Client Data held in client owned systems is retained and deleted according to the client's own settings and instructions, not ours.
